When you have a firm understanding of the sequence-function relashionship you may modify your protein of interest at one or more specific locations to rationally engineer protein activity such as Kcat, Km, allosteric features, substrate specificity, enhanced stability to pH, temperature and solvents

• Gene Library cloned in a standard vector (customer vector option available). Each clone will harbour only one mutation.
• sequence-verified clones and detailed QC report
• Plasmid library prep (quantity according to library size)
• Glycerol stock of transformed cells
