Site-saturated Libraries

Do you need to identify the most favorable amino acid in one or more specific sites? Our site-saturated libraries replace wild-type amino acids with all 19 non wild-type at one or more specific locations to identify favorable amino acid substitutions at specified residues.

You provide us with:

• Wild-type protein sequence
• position of amino acid to be replaced by non wild-type amino acids

We will deliver you:

• Gene Library cloned in a standard vector (customer vector option available). Each clone will harbour only one mutation.
• 48 sequence-verified clones and detailed QC report
• Plasmid library prep (quantity varies according to library size, min 10 µg)
• Glycerol stock of transformed cells
