Truncation Libraries

Incremental truncation libraries generated by trimming 5' and 3' ends of a gene to perform solubility screen, identify core strcutures, functional domains, epitope mapping.

You provide us with:

• Wild-type protein sequence
• core structure you wish to investigate
• number of truncated clones

We will deliver you:

• Gene Library cloned in a standard vector (customer vector option available). Each clone will harbour a unique truncation pattern.
• sequence-verified clones and detailed QC report (number of sequencing according to library size and complexity)
• Plasmid library prep (amount according to library size and complexity)
• Glycerol stock of transformed cells
