Identify small molecular weight compounds binding peptides with Explora’s SMWC Bio-Fishing service. Small molecule biofishing service fees start at €1.500 and include:
- Compound crosslinking and purification
- target conjugation to solid support
- at least 5 Biofishing rounds

Customer requirement:

- 10mg of target compound

- the compound must have either an amine, carboxylic, thiol or hydroxyl moieties

We will deliver:

- report on conjugation

- detailed experimental procedure

- sequencing of 96 cloned from the last Bio-Fishing cycle

- selected sequences cloned into a commercial vector
